Our Approach
CRAFT operates as an interdisciplinary lab within the Faculty of Management at Wrocław University of Science and Technology (WUST), leveraging the university’s strengths in engineering, management, and social sciences. This academic foundation allows us to integrate rigorous research with practical applications, fostering collaborations across faculties and international partners.
Embedded in Poland’s vibrant innovation ecosystem, CRAFT addresses Central Europe’s unique challenges, such as regulatory compliance with the EU AI Act, talent shortages in tech ethics, and the need for cross-sector dialogue. We collaborate with academic institutions, businesses, and policymakers to create high-impact outputs, including publications, events, and consulting services. Our embeddable web app, the CRAFT Wall, further extends our reach by enabling anonymous idea-sharing and connections among users, promoting collaborative innovation in a secure environment.
