We check our phones 100-150 times a day. We trust algorithms to pick our routes, our entertainment, and sometimes even our partners. We are more connected than ever, yet often feel disconnected from the real world.
Let’s be honest: Our relationship with technology is complicated.
Join us this January for the 4th Sip of CRAFT B.E.E.R. We are inviting the entire ecosystem, developers, business leaders, academicians, students, and citizens, to the Applied Innovation Exchange at Capemini, Wroclaw (Poland) for an honest conversation about our digital lives.
We won’t just complain about “screen time”. We will apply our collective intelligence to figure out how to move from a “toxic” dependency to a healthy, empowered partnership with the tools we build.
What to expect?
This is not a passive lecture. It is an interactive exchange designed to spark ideas and connections.
- Live interactive polling: Using Mentimeter, we will visualize the room’s relationship status with tech. You will vote live on the biggest “Red Flags” in app design, digital boundaries, and trust issues.
- The CRAFT brainstorm: Together, we will co-create a set of Ethical Recommendations. How can we design technology that respects human attention rather than hijacking it?
- Community exchange: Meet the people shaping Wrocław’s tech future over a drink.
- After the event: We compile the insights gained from the session into a case study and make it available open access online. You can choose to be named as one of the contributors or remain anonymous.

The agenda
- 18:00: Registration and welcome
- 18:15: Opening: Elaboration on the topic, and rules of the game
- 18:30: Interactive session: “It’s Complicated” Live poll and brainstorming
- 19:30: The exchange: Networking and open discussion
- 20:00: Event Conclusion
Important information
The registration for the event is mandatory, as the guest list needs to be pre-approved from venue security. For this purpose, the guest list from the registration shall be provided to the team at Applied Innovation Exchange, Capgemini, Poland for the security clearance.
After the registration, you will immediately receive a confirmation of registration (please check SPAM folder, if you don’t receive the email). We will send you a confirmation with detailed information about access to the venue, one day before the event.
